Salsa Tex Mex
Salsa Tex-Mex in Anna, Texas, is a 2,500 sq. ft. finish out project designed to reflect the brand’s lively and welcoming identity, while optimizing functionality for daily restaurant operations. Set in a rapidly growing commercial area, the space was crafted to stand out both visually and experientially.
Additionally, the layout offers immediate visual access to the cocktail bar and dining room upon entry, reinforcing a sense of openness. At the core, a wood slatted screen elegantly encloses the booth seating, creating a comfortable and semi-private dining experience without disrupting the openness of the plan.
Moreover, the interior finishes were selected for both durability and character. Polished concrete floors provide a neutral, resilient base, while a vibrant mix of accent colors adds warmth and energy. The lighting scheme combines downlights, decorative pendants, and track fixtures to define zones and enhance ambiance throughout the day. A bold red tile feature at the kitchen entrance adds a playful touch, linking back to the brand’s color palette.
In essence, the design balances aesthetics and operations—creating a cohesive experience for guests and an efficient workspace for staff.
