The office side includes a lobby and meeting rooms for customers and staff. The warehouse side handles equipment storage and staging, with the two sides separated for fire and occupancy but connected for daily workflow.
Office-warehouse buildings look simple, but the ratio of office to warehouse drives parking, fire separation, and mechanical loads, so the plan was set with those numbers first.
