ZARA – Stonebriar Mall, Frisco, TX

Located in one of Frisco’s busiest retail destinations, this 34,000-square-foot ZARA store is a project designed to reflect the brand’s global identity while adapting to the local context of the Stonebriar Mall. The scope included architectural services, with a focus on creating a clean, modern retail environment that supports high customer volume, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency.

The store is organized across multiple zones, from curated display areas to spacious fitting rooms and back-of-house functions. The material palette emphasizes light, neutrality, and elegance allowing ZARA’s ever-changing collections to take center stage. Ceiling heights, lighting, and circulation paths were carefully coordinated to create an intuitive and immersive shopping experience.

Back-of-house design included fitting areas, stock rooms, staff facilities, and a freight handling zone, all integrated with seamless accessibility and code compliance. Archiphy worked closely with the brand’s corporate standards, mall requirements, and local permitting agencies to deliver the project on schedule and in alignment with Zara’s international design guidelines.
