OverviewMexican Restaurant Design is influenced by Spanish Colonial and Moorish architecture. MexiGo features higher quality construction materials including mosaic motif, tile and wood accents. In the dining room there is an area for the hostess to take reservations and store menus. There is also seating for customers waiting to be served. We designed MexiGo with the patrons in mind. It is a family style restaurant where diners seat at a table and enjoy a delicious meal. It also has a full bar.
The Lighting design is comprised of down lights and sconces. Some lights are recessed into the ceiling and were positioned to cast light on the floor and tables. Some tables are illuminated with pendant lighting.
The Commercial kitchen’s floors are quarry tile and fiber reinforced panels were required in all walls near food preparation. Sufficient room was planned to accommodate equipment such as shelves, utensils and ingredients, prep tables, etc. Food storage areas include larger equipment such as walk in cooler and walk in freezer.
