4,500 sq. ft. Indoor Swim School Facility

This 4,500-square-foot swim school in Frisco, Texas, was designed to provide a vibrant, welcoming, and safe environment where children can learn to swim with confidence. The challenge was to create a space that balances playful design with the technical precision required for an indoor aquatic facility.

From rigorous HVAC coordination to humidity control and structural considerations, the engineering aspects of the project were as critical as the experience of the young swimmers. Our team collaborated closely with consultants to ensure the facility met all operational demands without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.

Additionally, the layout includes a cheerful reception area, a glass-enclosed observation space for parents, a heated indoor swimming pool, family-friendly changing rooms, and a staff break room. Every space was thoughtfully planned to support a smooth and enjoyable experience for both students and their families.
